These terms are a plain-language draft. They are not a legal opinion.
The service
RoleRefine keeps an experience library, tailors a resume and cover letter from that library, and tracks applications through to an offer.
Your content
You keep what you enter. You are responsible for having the right to use it. Job titles, employers, and dates on a tailored resume come from your library. You review a document before you send it to an employer.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own job search. Do not use it to break the law, to disrupt the service, or to submit information you know is false.
Accounts
You sign in with an email link or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and payment
Free and Pro, the prices, and the 14-day refund are described on the pricing page. You can cancel Pro from the billing page. Stripe processes the payment.
AI output
The model can still be wrong. A guard checks that tailored lines trace to your library, and you should read the result. RoleRefine does not promise interviews, responses, or offers.
Changes and availability
The service can change, and it can be unavailable. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Liability
The service is provided as it is available. To the extent Ontario and Canadian law allow, RoleRefine is not liable for indirect loss or for a hiring decision. These terms do not limit any liability the law does not let us limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
